Base pricing
The prices shown are minimum budgets for a clearly defined base package. We confirm the final price after reviewing the brief and its technical context.
This is not a complete price list for every feature. We confirm the final price after a short review of your brief, scope, and technical context.
Indicative pricing
Choose the type closest to your project. The service detail explains the limits of the base solution; for a broader scope, we prepare a more precise proposal after a short consultation.
The expanded scope describes the base solution, not a complete price list for extensions and add-ons.
MONTHLY SYSTEM CARE
Indicative plans for one application. The final price and scope depend on the technical setup, number of devices and support requirements. We confirm them after a technical assessment.
For a small, stable application with scheduled maintenance.
For a system used daily, with ongoing monitoring and priority support.
For a system with greater operational needs and faster support requirements.
Support hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–20:00 Europe/Bratislava time, excluding Slovak public holidays. Response times count only during these hours and mean acknowledging and starting to assess a request, not a guaranteed resolution time.
Checks, maintenance, support, communication, testing, deployment and reporting count towards the included hours. Unused hours do not roll over. Additional work: €60/hour excl. VAT, only with prior approval. Larger development is quoted separately. Warranty-covered fixes do not count towards the plan's hours.
Initial audit and handover, stabilisation, hosting, licences and third-party services are quoted separately. Monitoring scope, incident priorities and service commitments are confirmed in the agreement. Support outside service hours requires a separate agreement.
Larger or specialized project
For projects with more features, integrations, custom design, or ongoing support, we first show a realistic budget range. A precise proposal follows only after the scope has been reviewed.
