We use local storage for the website theme and your measurement choice. We also store the landing page and any UTM parameters or gclid advertising identifier in session storage so the source of an enquiry is retained when a form is submitted; this does not itself load analytics scripts. The measurement choice expires after 180 days and session data expires when the browser session ends. You can remove these values by clearing site data in your browser.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. This is an essential form-security feature.

When Microsoft Clarity is configured, consent including heatmaps also enables click and scroll measurement and interaction recordings. Form and chat content is masked. Clarity may use _clck (normally 1 year) and _clsk (normally 1 day) cookies to link visits and interactions. Earlier Google-only consent does not activate heatmaps; we request a new choice. Withdrawing consent reloads the page without Clarity.

When Google measurement is configured, its scripts load only after you select Allow measurement. We measure page views, primary CTA clicks, form starts, successful enquiries, and phone or email clicks. We do not send contact details from the form or chat content to analytics. This consent does not enable personalised advertising.

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button on this page, accessible through the Cookies link in the website footer. Google scripts are not loaded when you decline.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential technologies may affect forms or language preferences.
