How soon will the website be fixed?
We do not guarantee a repair time. It depends on the cause, access, backups and condition of the system. We agree on next steps after the initial assessment and will not exceed the spending limit without your approval.
What should I prepare for the call?
Your website address, a description of the issue and when it started. Do not send passwords or access credentials through the public form; we will agree on a secure handover if needed.
I only need a PHP update. Can you help?
Yes. We first assess compatibility and agree on planned maintenance. A preventive update is a different service from recovery after a compromise.
